IEPCO

Compliance & Governance

Compliance & Governance

IEPCO operates to the governance and quality standards expected of a U.S.-incorporated firm working with internationally financed projects and Tier 1 energy operators. Documentation and references are maintained to support institutional pre-qualification, and provided to counterparties on request.

Regulatory Standing

As a United States company, IEPCO operates within the current U.S. regulatory framework that authorizes commercial engagement across the region’s energy sector. Regulatory matters are coordinated with specialist United States counsel, and counterparties are supported with the structure and documentation needed to engage with confidence. Specific guidance is provided confidentially as part of pre-qualification.

Ethics & Anti-Corruption

IEPCO maintains policies and commercial practices consistent with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the anti-corruption frameworks of the international development institutions under which the firm has historically operated.

Quality Management

Supply is governed by documented quality-management practices aligned with the ISO 9001 framework: supplier qualification, specification control, inspection and test planning, non-conformance management, and records retention. Third-party inspection is coordinated through established independent bodies, with mill test reports supplied to EN 10204 Type 3.1 as standard and Type 3.2 available on request.

Insurance & Confidentiality

As a procurement firm, IEPCO operates no production facilities and sources from manufacturers whose HSE programs meet the standards of the receiving project. The firm carries commercial general liability, professional liability, and marine cargo insurance appropriate to its scope. Specific coverage limits, audited financial information, and bank references are provided during formal pre-qualification under mutual confidentiality.

Verifiable Status

Documentation & Pre-Qualification

IEPCO is a United States company, incorporated and in good standing in the State of Florida, continuing the industrial supply business the family established in 1978. Full corporate registration, audited financial information, certificates of insurance, regulatory and compliance documentation, and the firm’s quality manual are provided to qualified counterparties under mutual non-disclosure and completion of the pre-qualification process.
